At Earth Nourish, customer satisfaction is important to us. We take great care in ensuring that our products are delivered in excellent condition. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.

Returns Eligibility

Due to the nature of our products, we follow strict quality and hygiene standards.

• Essential & Carrier Oils, Baby Care Products, and Raw Materials are non-returnable once opened or used.

• Returns are accepted only if the product is damaged, defective, leaked, or incorrect at the time of delivery.

• To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, leaked, or wrong product:

• Notify us within 24–48 hours of delivery

• Share clear images or videos of the product and packaging

• Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or refund as applicable

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

• Opened or used products

• Products damaged due to improper handling or storage by the customer

• Orders placed incorrectly by the customer

• Products purchased during sale or promotional offers (unless damaged)

Refund Process

• Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days

• Refunds will be credited to the original payment method

• Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable

Replacement Policy

• Replacements will be initiated after verification of the issue

• Replacement delivery timelines may vary based on location and product availability

Order Cancellation

• Orders can be canceled only before dispatch

• Once an order is shipped, it cannot be canceled
