Frequently Asked Questions

Are your products genuinely natural and pure?

Yes. Our essential oils, infused oils, and raw materials are sourced for purity and are undiluted unless stated otherwise. Each product description lists exactly what you're getting.

Can cosmetic raw materials be shipped internationally?

Most of our raw materials ship worldwide, but a few ingredients may be subject to import restrictions in certain countries. If you're ordering from outside India and are unsure, message us before ordering and we'll help confirm.

How do I know what size/quantity to order?

Most of our oils are available in 15ml, 30ml, and 50ml sizes — great for trying a product before committing to a larger bottle. Our raw materials come in 100g/100ml packs, ideal for small-batch DIY formulation.

Do you offer bulk or wholesale pricing?

If you need larger quantities for commercial formulation, contact us directly at shopyourstore19@gmail.com and we'll be happy to discuss options.
