How to Use

• For Aromatherapy: Add 3 to 5 drops to a water diffuser or steam bowl to help clear the air and refresh your breathing space.

• For DIY Blends: Dilute a few drops into a carrier oil (such as Coconut, Jojoba, or Sesame oil) and massage gently onto sore muscles or the chest.

• Do a patch test on a small area of skin before first use. Stop using if irritation occurs.
